Subscription services automatically renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests should be submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team directly.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage users to contact our support team to resolve disputes amicably. Many issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our customer service representatives.

If legal action becomes necessary, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation with a qualified mediator in Cairns, Queensland. This mediation requirement does not apply to claims involving intellectual property infringement or urgent injunctive relief.
